In order to increase engagement with customers, AllSaints briefed two other students and me with the task to create a design concept for a new AllSaints app. Research into their tech-forward strategy, alongside consumer and social trends, led us to explore notions of serendipity, human-guided discovery and the blurred boundaries between physical and digital spaces. Incorporating this with AllSaints’ lack of human connection to customers online, Being by AllSaints captures the desire to always be there inside a moment, building a more meaningful and closer connection between the customer and the brand. 

 

To extend the viewability and functioning of the app, an AllSaints branded virtual reality headset has been created. This was in collaboration with product design students, Ryan Fletcher and Sam Whetton.
